The nerf was confirmed be an Evil Empire dev on Discord. Has anyone actually heard that nerfing the healing is indeed their outright plan, or are they just going on the fact that it's no longer healing on the Switch version, which is something they confirmed was more of a bug than anything else? I personally think if they're going to be changing anything about it, it might be the flask no longer activating Vengeance, other than that it could very well see them keeping it as is. Do damage while the bar is orange, and you get green health back.

Blasphemous: Crush the Face Flask on your forehead, dealing low damage to yourself and transforming 35 percent of your missing health into recovery. Tainted Flask is a brutality-scaling mutation which increases damage dealt for 12 seconds after using a health flask. Combine all this with healing and it's definitely OP af, which is why they are nerfing it to remove the healing soon. There is a mutation that increase damage output and reduce damage taken when you've recently taken damage, and another that reduces ability cooldowns whenever you deal critical hits. There's a weapon that gives guaranteed crits if you've recently taken damage. Is there some hidden perk of it that the game doesn't tell you? You use the flask, it does a measly 5 damage while converting 20+% of your missing health into recovery.
